Preparing for any marathon is a huge challenge both mentally and physically.
As if 26.2 miles wasn’t far enough, the extra challenge of some pretty punishing inclines is going to push you to your limits and you’re preparation going into the event is key to not only help you complete the Snowdonia Marathon but also help you get maximum enjoyment out of it. If you prepare poorly, the distance and steady climbs will inevitably get the better of you and rather than being a day to remember, it’ll be a day you’d rather forget.
