Refund / Cancellation
Customers of the Snowdonia Marathon have the right to cancel any entry made over the internet as long as it is done within 1 calendar month prior to the event, this will be subject to an administration charge of 5% of the fee being refunded + £1. VAT will also be payable on this charge. If you fail to cancel within this period your entry fee is non refundable under any circumstance.
If a runner with a paid place becomes unable to participate in the marathon, you must notify the office as soon as possible.
Please note that full marathon places are not transferable.
